Bosch PRO Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc
This Bosch PRO X571 Zirconium Abrasive Flap Disc is a 115mm diameter disc with a 120g (fine) grit, ideal for fine finishing, light blending, and achieving smooth surface profiles on metal prior to painting or inspection.
The fine 120g grit removes minimal material while producing a refined, consistent finish — making it the right choice for final-stage surface work or where tight tolerances and clean aesthetics are required. The 115mm diameter suits compact angle grinders used for detailed and close-quarter work.
Despite its fine grit, the aluminium oxide and zirconia grain fusion still delivers up to 1.5x faster performance than the Bosch X431. The X-cloth backing ensures stability and control throughout each pass.
