Bosch PRO X571 Best for Metal Straight Flap Disc
This Bosch PRO X571 Flap Disc is the 115mm diameter, 120 grit variant — a fine grit option designed for finishing work on metal, where a smooth, refined surface is the priority rather than rapid material removal.
Even at this finer grit, the PRO X571 still delivers up to 1.5x faster performance than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc, thanks to its advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia. The X-cloth backing keeps the disc in a stable position throughout the grind, allowing precise finishing with no unwanted surface damage.
Fitted with a 22.23mm bore for use with standard locking nut angle grinders.
