Bosch PRO X571 Best for Metal Straight Flap Disc
This Bosch PRO X571 Flap Disc is the 125mm diameter, 40 grit variant — the larger disc size combined with a coarse grit makes this an excellent choice for high-volume material removal, tackling heavy welds, scale, and surface prep on larger metal workpieces.
Delivering up to 1.5x faster grinding than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc, the PRO X571 uses an advanced grain fusion of aluminium oxide and zirconia to sustain aggressive cutting rates, even on hardened steel. The X-cloth backing provides the stability needed to maintain grinding position under demanding conditions.
The 22.23mm bore ensures compatibility with standard locking nut angle grinders.
