Bosch EXPERT Aluminium Cutting Saw Blade

The Bosch EXPERT Aluminium Circular Saw Blade in 180mm diameter with a 56-tooth configuration and 30mm bore delivers perfect, clean cuts in aluminium and is compatible with both plunge saws and handheld circular saws. The higher tooth count makes it particularly well-suited to achieving smooth, fine finishes across aluminium profiles, non-ferrous metals, plastics, epoxy, and wood.

The blade features Bosch's unique Extra Hard Microteq teeth, produced in-house from very fine carbide grains, maximising both lifetime and cutting performance. The ProteQtion coating prevents corrosion and reduces friction for reliable, consistent results. Anti-vibration slots further enhance the cutting experience, delivering notably smoother operation, reduced noise, and significantly less vibration.

HLTCG (High-Low Triple Chip Ground) teeth add robustness when cutting aluminium, and the bore works with or without reduction rings for easy fitting to a range of saws.
