Bosch EXPERT 180mm R44 Metal Sanding Disc

The Bosch EXPERT R444 for Metal sanding disc is designed to leave an impressive finish on metal surfaces. It has a stable vulcanised fibre backing, which supports a steady, constant grinding process on your angle grinder.

The semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grit is particularly well suited to metalworking. It is intended for deburring, welding preparation and blending on carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron. It is also ideal for removing discolouration, stock and surface imperfections.

The grit is bonded with fully synthetic resin on the vulcanised fibre backing, giving high work stability and optimal sanding results. Use it with a suitable backing pad. Available in grits from 24 to 120, so you can choose the right level of aggression for the job, from heavy stock removal to finer finishing.
