Bosch EXPERT 180mm R44 Metal Sanding Disc

This Bosch EXPERT R444 Metal Sanding Disc is supplied in 180mm diameter with an 80g (medium-fine) grit, making it an excellent choice for intermediate finishing work and refined surface blending on metal. The 80g grade removes the scratches left by coarser grits whilst still delivering meaningful stock removal, bridging the gap between preparation and finish work.

Compatible with standard locking nut angle grinders via its 22.23mm bore, this disc requires use with a suitable backing pad. The semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grit is optimised for carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron. Fully synthetic resin bonding on a stable vulcanised fibre backing ensures high work stability and consistent sanding results throughout the life of the disc. Sold as a single disc.
