Bosch EXPERT 180mm R44 Metal Sanding Disc

This Bosch EXPERT R444 Metal Sanding Disc is supplied in 180mm diameter with a 24g (extra coarse) grit, making it the ideal choice for aggressive stock removal and heavy-duty preparation work on metal surfaces. At this coarse grade, the disc cuts quickly through surface imperfections, heavy rust and scale, making it well suited to initial deburring and rough welding preparation.

Compatible with standard locking nut angle grinders, this disc features a 22.23mm bore and must be used with a suitable backing pad. The semi-friable aluminium oxide abrasive grit is optimised for work on carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron. Fully synthetic resin bonding on a vulcanised fibre backing ensures consistent performance and high work stability throughout use. Sold as a single disc.
