The Bosch Cantilever Wood Hinge Cutter in 15mm is the smallest in the range, making it perfectly suited to compact hinge recesses and smaller fittings commonly found in cabinet and furniture work. This precise diameter ensures a clean, snug fit for petite hinges where accuracy is paramount.
Constructed from carbide with diamond-ground TC (tungsten carbide) cutters, this bit delivers highly accurate, splinter-free blind holes in abrasive materials including hardwood, plywood, chipboard and wood fibreboard. The centring tip guarantees exact drilling starts, while the two main cutters and two side cutters work together for a clean, precise finish every time.
The cylindrical shank is compatible with three-jaw drill chucks, making it suitable for use in portable power drills and drill stands.
