Bosch Blue Granite Masonry Drill Bit

The Bosch Blue Granite Masonry Drill Bit is a CYL-5 masonry drill bit designed for drilling fixing holes in concrete and stone. Bosch has developed an in-house carbide blend and combined it with diamond-ground cutting edges, giving the bit high wear resistance and a long working life.

A 2-flute vario design with a short, variable incline helps clear dust from the hole. This reduces friction on the flute from drilled material and limits wear. The Bosch Power Grip Shank System transfers 100% of the power from machine to drill bit, so none is lost and wear is reduced.

This 5mm masonry bit suits drilling holes for fixings in concrete, natural stone and artificial stone. Its cylindrical shank fits three-jaw drill chucks and is compatible with all corded or cordless impact drills. It carries the quality test mark of the PGM Masonry Drill Bit Association Board, which confirms compliance with tight tolerances, accurately drilled holes and a firm hold for fixings.
