The Bosch 7 Piece VDE Insulated Slotted / Phillips Screwdriver Set is a VDE screwdriver set designed for fastening and unfastening screws where accidental contact with live parts is a risk. It includes six insulated screwdrivers and a single-pole phase tester, making it a practical kit for electricians and other tradespeople working on electrical installations.

The screwdrivers are insulated with Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), and their S2 blades carry an insulating protective coating. Slim shafts and robust tips help ensure accurate fit in the screw head. Multi-component soft grips are designed for comfort, and the anti-roll handle design stops tools rolling away on the workbench. Profile and size are clearly marked in several positions on each handle.

All screwdrivers are tested up to 10,000 volts and VDE-certified up to 1,000 volts to DIN EN/IEC 60900. The set contains slotted SL 2.5, 3.5, 5.5 and 6.5 and Phillips PH1 and PH2 screwdrivers, plus an SL3 single-pole phase tester.

The phase tester is certified to DIN VDE 0680-6 and detects AC voltages from 100 V to 250 V. An integrated glow lamp shows when current is present, and a sturdy pocket clip keeps it to hand. The set comes in a 1/2 L-BOXX inlay, compatible with the Bosch Mobility System for organised storage and transport.
