Bosch 7 Piece PointTeq HSS Drill Bit Set

The Bosch 7 Piece PointTeQ HSS Drill Bit Set is a set of HSS twist drill bits designed for fast drilling in metal, with a self-centring PointTeQ tip that helps prevent wandering at the start of the hole.

The PointTeQ tip design enables quick, easy drilling starts and a higher drilling rate, which generates less heat and wear. The tip remains sharp for continuous durability. These bits suit clearance and pilot holes in alloyed and non-alloyed steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron and plastics.

Each bit has a cylindrical shank, where the shank matches the bit diameter, for use in drill drivers and drill stands. The highly elastic body gives a low risk of breakage, especially for bits below 6 mm in diameter. The black-oxide coated flute provides fast chip removal. The bits are manufactured to DIN 338, Type N, with a 135-degree tip.
