The non-reflective, nylon-coated stainless steel blade displays easy-to-read high contrast metric and imperial graduations on both sides, allowing you to take measurements from either direction. The deburred blade edges help prevent the coating from peeling with regular use. Being 100% corrosion resistant, the stainless steel blade can be completely immersed in water for extended periods to no ill effect.

The magnetic zero end hook is particularly useful when working with metal surfaces, enabling single-handed operation. Its bi-material case is constructed from impact-resistant ABS plastic with an integrated belt clip for convenient access. The automatic locking system keeps the blade extended until you press the retraction button, providing enhanced control during measuring.
