The Wera 8790 HMC Deep 1/2" Drive Hexagon Socket is a professional-grade long socket conforming to ISO 2725 part 3, designed for both manual and machine operation (non-impact). Fitted with a ball intercept ring, it is equally at home tackling low-lying fixings or working around protruding threaded rods in confined spaces.

Constructed from matt chromed chrome-vanadium steel, each socket features a true hexagonal profile that delivers high torque transmission whilst preserving bolt and screw head profiles — far more effective than a double hexagon design. Knurling at the lower end ensures a secure grip even with oily hands.
