The Makita DLX6068PT is a comprehensive 6-piece cordless power tool kit built on the proven 18v LXT platform, delivering a complete solution for professional tradespeople and serious DIY users. This kit combines essential tools for drilling, driving, cutting and illumination, backed by three high-capacity 5.0Ah batteries and a dual-port rapid charger for minimal downtime on site.
At the heart of this kit is the DHP453 combi drill with keyless chuck, complemented by the DTD152 impact driver for demanding fastening applications. The DHR202 SDS hammer drill tackles masonry work, whilst the DSS611 165mm circular saw and DJV180 jigsaw provide versatile cutting capabilities across timber and sheet materials. Battery AH Explained
The best way to describe battery amp hour is that this is effectively the size of your fuel tank, the more amp hours your battery has then the longer the battery will last between charges. More amp hours does not increase the power of a given tool.
Battery Voltage Explained
A tool with a higher voltage than another is a bit like choosing an engine in a car, the higher voltage will generally mean higher power & performance. As with cars though a bigger engine does not always translate to better performance so it is important to compare the specifications of tools at different voltages between different manufacturers.
