Initially was not impressed as I bought the battery then found out I had to wait a month which then became longer, however communication was pretty good and the battery arrived in the end so all’s well that ends well.

Bought a B&D Workmate which arrived promptly but minus one leg. Emailed TooledUp and Chloe got one in the post very quickly. Excellent service, well done!
