Clarkson 02PM/04PM long series multi flute end mills. Made from M42 High Speed Steel with 8% cobalt.
Sizes 3.0mm - 20.0mm: Four Flutes
Sizes 22.0mm - 38.0mm: Six Flutes
Sizes 40.0mm - 50.00mm: Eight Flutes
BS 122/4.
