Really pleased with this. Strong. Well made. It made easy work out of what was potentially a hard job.
I bought this spade in the hope it would be good for digging out pesky docks with their deep roots - it is - just the job. It appears strong and sturdy.
This spade is brilliant for me, being elderly, not very strong, and looking after a very large garden with very heavy soil. It is short and strong so it’s easy to get it deep down into the soil. I can even get under dandelions with it.
An excellent, sturdy small spade, perfect for digging deep planting holes in heavy clay soil. Best price I could find and very quick delivery, too.
Great spade for putting in new plants. Quick and efficient service, will use again.
Purchased for planting bare root hedging whips. A well made tool that does the job.
