We purchased this pump to help us with flood prevention during the recent severe weather. There was a warning about the arrival of very bad weather. The day after it arrived, at 0100 we found that water was rising around three nearby properties, and at 0130 in the morning with the whole area now under 9 inches of water. We started the pump, and connected a pre-arranged set-up of pipes to a local stream. After about 30 minutes we managed to lower the water level to a few inches, and averted any water ingress to 2 properties. Alas we were unable to save one of the properties from slight flooding, but by 0230 we had virtually eradicated the danger. If we had not purchased the pump, all the properties would have been damaged. We therefore think that this is a really useful piece of equipment, and a good thing to have around if the present weather pattern is repeated. The pump worked faultlessly and we are more than happy with it!!

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. High pressure hoses are covered only for 3 months and are easy damaged by being trodden on or driven over. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
This product is covered for DIY & Home use ONLY and any use in a commercial/business environment will invalidate all guarantees.
