It's mainly good because it keeps them garden neat and is much quicker than getting out the hose and putting it back. Seems pretty secure on the wall and looks pretty robust. I do think it's a bit over priced for a hose. You can't get it cheaper anywhere else though. I'd recommend it.

Bought this 2 years ago. It's still going strong and is nothing short of life changing. No winding up the hose. Highly recommend this!

Having left an earlier version at our last home we needed a new hose with a longer reach at our new property and as we were pleased with the previous model from hozelock this was the obvious choice and fits the bill nicely. A good product at a reasonable price.

I saw this come up as a price drop 40m hose and real and was dropped in price from £110 to £56. Once I clicked and went to there site I soon realised it was for a 10meter version. Very misleading

This product carries a full 5 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
We will exchange or refund within the first 30 days if a manufacturers fault is found with this product. Thereafter a repair or exchange as appropriate will be offered.
