**Order by 3:00 PM Wednesday for despatch that day** on items shown as in stock. Your basket shows the despatch time for every item.

    

    
        ## What happens after you order

        
            - **You place your order**Availability for each item is shown on the product page and in your basket.

            - **We despatch it**We email you to confirm it has been sent and how.

            - **Your 1-hour slot**Courier orders: on the day, the courier texts or emails a 1-hour delivery window.

            - **Change it if you need to**The courier's message usually includes a link to rearrange delivery.

We deliver everywhere in the UK, including:

                ### Areas with a surcharge


Couriers charge more for some areas, so delivery there costs more. The exact charge is shown in your basket once you enter your postcode.

            
        

**Next-day delivery isn't available everywhere.** Because of carrier restrictions, there are some UK locations where we can't offer next-day delivery.

    

    
        ## Items that aren't in stock


Many other items can be ordered in for you, normally within a few days. The product page and your basket show the expected availability before you buy. If your order has several items, it is ready when the one with the longest lead time arrives.

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Any damage must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. See our [Returns](/help/returns/) page for how to report it.
