Given the huge demand for this product it was disappointing not to be able to receive the number of items ordered but notification of this was prompt and comprehensive with good customer service. Strong bottles with useful varying spray options. Easy to open to fill with filters on the end of the spray to avoid sediment clogging the spray mechanism. Clear, raised content levels. If adding your own labels the lower section is curved.

This product carries a full 1 year manufacturers warranty covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage, batteries, blades, bulbs and other consumables. In the unlikely event of a fault the item returned is subject to fair wear & tear and must not have been used beyond the scope of it's design.
Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly.
