National lockdown Jan-Feb 2021
My Tool Shed is considered an essential store during national lockdown and we will be fully operating with business as usual.
Our aim is to give our customers the best possible service, to keep your homes warm, safe and in good working order.
The safety of our customer and colleagues still remains our top priority.
As the demand increases, availability may be limited from time to time and you may experience delays with your delivery, so please be patient with us.
Everyone is entitled to essential items, therefore we uge you to consider others and shop responsibly.
NEW YEAR 2021
We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business in 2020. Our team worked exceptionally hard over a difficult year and during the Christmas period to ensure your parcels were received on time. Our customer services department are also working remotely so please be patient with them.
From their home they only have one phone line, which limits their calls to either customers or couriers. If you have emailed us with an enquiry over the Christmas break, they will get back to you and are now working through all your enquiries in order of receipt.
The warehouse are too, working as fast as possible to get your parcels ready. Deliveries may take slightly longer than usual as our business was closed over Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Once these parcels leave our warehouse they are in the hands of our couriers to deliver on time. For your DHL deliveries (courier), please allow an additional 3-5 working days and up to 2 weeks for Royal Mail. Remote parts of the UK may incur further delays.
