The Flex DGE 25 18.0-EC C is a cordless brushless die grinder designed for precision grinding, deburring, freehand milling, cutting and rust removal in professional and demanding DIY applications. This 18V straight grinder combines the portability of cordless operation with the power and efficiency of a brushless motor, delivering extended runtime and longer service life compared to traditional brushed motors. An electronic management system (EMS) protects the machine from overload whilst extending service life and increasing overall efficiency. The tool features CDC constant electronics to maintain consistent performance under load, along with soft start, overload protection, restart lock and temperature monitoring for enhanced safety and durability. Speed preselection across four steps (10,000/15,000/20,000/25,000 RPM) allows operators to match the tool's performance to specific materials and applications. The spindle lock enables quick and easy tool changes, whilst a removable protective metal grille guards against dust ingress in harsh working environments.
