The Everbuild 708 Self Levelling Floor Compound is a professional-grade cement-based levelling solution designed to prepare uneven floors and screeds for subsequent floor finishes. This versatile compound is ideal for tradespeople working with ceramic tiles, thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring or carpet installations. The compound can be mixed with either water or Everbuild Floor Flex Plus to create a free-flowing, self-levelling topping that efficiently smooths out surface irregularities. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of floor preparation applications across domestic and commercial projects. When mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions, the compound sets in just 90 minutes and can be overlaid after only 8 hours at normal temperatures, allowing contractors to maintain tight project schedules. Please note that this product is designed as a preparatory underlayment and is not suitable for use as a final wearing surface.
