## Description

Part of the Bosch Green range designed for DIYers and homeowners, the UNIVERSALHUMID is a measuring tool for gauging the moisture content of wood. Two pins at the front are inserted into the material and the option to select a wood group based on the species helps to ensure accurate results. A simple traffic light LED system will then let you know whether the wood can be considered dry (green) or damp (red). A yellow light indicates that lower levels of moisture have been detected, enabling you to take appropriate action if necessary. The precise reading is displayed as a percentage on the main readout on the display, and the UNIVERSALHUMID will automatically save the last two measured values on screen so you can quickly and easily compare your results. The UNIVERSALHUMID is powered by standard AAA batteries, and a battery charge indicator is also included on the screen so that you'll know when it is almost time to replace them. This boxed set is supplied complete with three AAA batteries, a wrist strap and a wood group sticker to help you choose the correct wood group setting when taking measurements.
