The Bondloc B574 Fast Curing Instant Gasket Compound is a versatile form-in-place gasket maker designed to replace traditional paper and cork gaskets in automotive and industrial applications. This dimethacrylate-based formula eliminates relaxation and preload loss, creating reliable seals for almost any size and shape of joint. The fast-curing orange paste is suitable for immediate low-pressure service at 6 bar once assembled, with full cure achieving resistance up to 350 bar depending on gap size. The compound cures in just 10 minutes with activator or 15-30 minutes without, providing quick turnaround times for repair and assembly work. Ideal for a comprehensive range of sealing applications including gearbox assemblies, pump flanges, transmission components, cover plates on tanks, camshaft sealing, bearing gaps, outer housings, crankcase and sump assemblies, and flange pipe fittings. The formula offers effective gap filling up to 0.5mm and maintains performance across temperatures from -55°C to 150°C.
